Senior Inside Sales Representative
LOCATION: LOS ANGELES
Terre is seeking a Senior Inside Sales Representative with incredible organizational skills to take the lead on turning inbound inquiries into revenue. The ideal candidate has 10+ years experience in a product sales capacity with 5+ years experience in the office furniture industry. Managing inbound leads from website, email, phone and social media
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients in our CRM
Organizing and delivering information to our outside sales reps and dealers
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics in CRM
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales in CRM
Maintaining database of prospective client information in CRM
Closing sales and working with client through closing process
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years in a sales role with 5+ years in the office/residential furniture industry
Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and industry partners
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills and experience with CRMs
